Зміни частот алелів локусів запасних білків озимої м`якої пшениці за умов кліматичних змін

Досліджено частоти алелів та популяційну структуру за локусами запасних білків Gli-A1, Gli-B1, Gli-D1, Glu-A1, Glu-B1, Glu-D1, Gli-A3 у групах сортів пшениці мякої озимої, створених у різні періоди селекції в різних грунтово-кліматичних зонах: в Лісостепу України – Миронівський інститут пшениці ім. В.М. Ремесла (МІП) та Степу України – Селекційно-генетичний інститут (СГІ), разом 275 сортів. Сорти ділили на три групи за часом реєстрації: до 1996 р., з 1996 по 2010 р. включно та після 2010 р. Відмінності за середньорічною температурою в періоди створення цих сортів становили 0,6 та 0,7 оС між 1 і 2 періодом і 0,9 та 1,0 оС між 2 і 3 періодом для зон Лісостепу і Степу, відповідно. У групах озимих сортів пшениці МІП і СГІ, створених після 2010 р., в основному, зберігаються характерні набори переважаючих алелів локусів запасних білків. Водночас спостерігається чітка пов’язаність змін частот певних алелів досліджених локусів у групах сортів зі змінами температури в зоні, де відбувається відбір генотипів в процесі селекції (майбутніх сортів). Найбільш яскраві зміни частот алелів маркерних локусів виявлено при вивченні сортів, що створюються в Степовій зоні України: для сортів СГІ такі монотонні зміни частот стосувались 10 алелів за 4 локусами. З великою ймовірністю це повязано з тим, що саме у цій зоні температури досягли більшого абсолютного значення, і в процесі селекції формуються та відбираються нові коадаптивні асоціації генів. Можна прогнозувати зростання внеску вихідного матеріалу з регіонів з вищою температурою в селекції озимих сортів Степу.

РЕЗЮМЕ. Исследованы частоты аллелей и популяционная структура по локусам запасных белков Gli-A1, Gli-B1, Gli-D1, Glu-A1, Glu-B1, Glu-D1, Gli-A3 в группах сортов озимой мягкой пшеницы, созданных в разные периоды селекции в разных почвенно-климатических зонах: в Лесостепи Украины – Мироновский институт пшеницы им. В.М. Ремесла (МИП) и Степи Украины – Селекционно-генетический институт (СГИ), всего 275 сортов. Сорта разделяли на три группы по времени регистрации до 1996 г. с 1996 по 2010 гг. включительно и после 2010 г. Отличия по среднегодовой температуре в периоды создания этих сортов составляли 0,6 и 0,7 °С между 1 и 2 периодом и 0,9 и 1,0 °С между 2 и 3 периодом для зон Лесостепи и Степи, соответственно. В группах озимых сортов пшеницы МИП и СГИ, созданных после 2010 г., в основном, сохраняются характерные наборы преобладающих аллелей локусов запасных белков. В то же время наблюдается четкая сопряженность изменений частот определенных аллелей с изменениями температуры в зоне, где происходит отбор генотипов (будущих сортов) в процессе селекции. Наиболее яркие изменения частот аллелей выявлены при изучении сортов, созданных в зоне Степи Украины. для сортов СГИ такие монотонные изменения частот касались 10 аллелей по 4 локусам. С большой вероятностю это сопряжено с тем, что именно в этой зоне температура достигла большего абсолютного значения, и в процессе селекции формируются и отбираются новые коадаптивные ассоциации генов. Можно прогнозировать увеличение вклада исходного материала с регионов с более высокой температурой в селекции озимых сортов Степи.
