A Role of Peptide Complexes from Kidney and Thymus in the Regulation of Apoptosis in Lymphoid Cells

Ryabenko V. V., Nozhinova O. A., Kaidashev I. P.

Using morphological and electrophoresis methods special features of apoptosis induction by peptide complexes from kidney and thymus were analyzed in thymocytes and peripheral blood lymphocytes of pigs. It was shown that peptide complexes both from kidney and thymus induced thymocytes apoptosis in an allogenic system. In these conditions, genetic distinctions between individuals and a degree of thymocyte maturation determined the level of apoptosis.
