Somatic cell alterations in interspecific hybrids of Cenchrus purpureum (Schumach.) and Cenchrus americanus (L.) Morrone by genomic in situ hybridization

РЕЗЮМЕ. Гібридизація Cenchrus purpureum (Schumach.) (пенісетум пурпуровий) і Cenchrus americanus (L.) Morrone (пенісетум сизий) призводить до отримання триплоїдних і стерильних гібридів. Подвоєння хромосом, застосоване для відновлення фертильності триплоїдних гібридів, дозволяє отримати гексаплоїдний матеріал, який є міксоплоїдним, однак має бажані кормові характеристики. Навіть зворотне схрещування призводить до отримання тетраплоїдного і пентаплоїдного міксоплоїдного матеріалу. Мета цього дослідження полягала у порівнянні частоти хромосомних аномалій у соматичних клітинах гібридів, отриманих шляхом зворотного схрещування, зі знайденими у синтетичних гексаплоїдних гібридах для визначення найбільш стабільного матеріалу. Геномну гібридизацію in situ використали для визначення аномалій. Аналіз клітинного циклу встановив подібні частоти і типи змін як в гексаплоїдах, так і в гібридах, отриманих у результаті зворотного схрещування. У всіх типах гібридів зафіксували елімінацію хромосом. Мікроядра, неорієнтовані хромосоми у метафазі, втрачені хромосоми в анафазі/телофазі і мости в анафазі, які стосувалися хромосом з пенісетума пурпурового і пенісетума сизого у всіх гібридах, проаналізовано незалежно від рівня плоїдності.
