Предінкубація фібробластів лінії L929 з синтетичним лейенкефаліном Tyr­D­Ala­Gly­Phe­Leu­Arg зберігає їх проліферативний потенціал в умовах холодового стресу

В умовах холодового стресу досліджено вплив синтетичного лейенкефаліну (Tyr-D-Ala-Gly-Phe-Leu-Arg) на апоптоз, некроз і проліферативні властивості фібробластів клітинної лінії L929 в моношарі без ушкодження і з «рановою поверхнею». Доведено, що холодовий стрес ініціює апоптоз, некроз та уповільнює проліферацію клітин в ушкодженому і неушкодженому моношарі фібробластів лінії L 929. Предінкубація клітин з синтетичним лейенкефаліном до моделювання холодового стресу призводить до вірогідного (р < 0,05) зменшення кількості фібробластів з морфологічними ознаками некрозу і апоптозу та вірогідного (р < 0,05) збільшення проліферативного потенціалу клітин в неушкодженому моношарі і з рановою поверхнею. З’ясовано, що протекторна дія синтетичного лейенкефаліну є дозозалежною і суттєво відрізняється в умовах холодового стресу при ранозагоюванні. Найбільша ефективність синтетичного лейенкефаліну щодо запобігання апоптозу клітин і стимуляції проліферації клітин в умовах холодового стресу спостерігається в концентрації 10 і 100 мкг/л.
