Ендогенні фітогормони гаметофітів папороті Polystichum aculeatum (L.) Roth на різних етапах морфогенезу в культурі in vitro

Методом високоефективної рідинної хроматографії визначено вміст індоліл-3-оцтової (ІОК), гіберелової (ГК3), абсцизової (АБК) кислот і цитокінінів – зеатину (З), зеатинглюкозиду (ЗГ), зеатинрибозиду (ЗР), ізопентеніладеніну (іП) та ізопентеніладенозину (іПА) в гаметофітах папороті Polystichum aculeatum на різних етапах морфогенезу в культурі in vitro. На етапі розвитку лопаткоподібного проталія гаметофіти містили значні кількості ГК3 та ІОК, тоді як вміст АБК та цитокінінів був низьким. Серед цитокінінів домінувала неактивна форма – ЗГ та активний іП. На етапі утворення серцеподібного талому рівень ГК3 збільшився в 1,6, ІОК – у 2,4, АБК – в 1,7 рази. Вміст неактивного іПА збільшився вдвічі, значно зросла кількість активних ЗР та іП. На етапі розвитку спорофіта на поверхні талому відбулося зменшення рівнів ІОК, АБК та ГК3. Зафіксовано накопичення неактивного ЗГ і зменшення вмісту активних зеатину і зеатинрибозиду. На всіх етапах морфогенезу гаметофітів переважала ГК3, найбільший вміст якої виявлено у період розвитку архегоніїв та антеридіїв. Характер акумуляції гіберелової кислоти і зеатинрибозиду засвідчили ключову роль цих гормонів у регуляції ростових процесів та розвиткові репродуктивних структур гаметофіта P. aculeatum.

РЕЗЮМЕ. Методом высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии определено содержание индолил-3-уксусной (ИУК), гибберелловой (ГК3), абсцизовой (АБК) кислот и цитокининов – зеатина (З), зеатинглюкозида (ЗГ), зеатинрибозида (ЗР), изо-пентениладенина (иП) и изопентениладенозина (иПА) в гаметофитах папоротника Polystichum aculeatum на разных этапах морфогенеза в культуре in vitro. На этапе развития лопаткоподобного проталия гаметофиты содержали значительные количества ГК3 и ИУК, тогда как уровень АБК и цитокининов был низким. Среди цитокининов доминировали неактивная форма ЗГ и активная – иП. На этапе образования сердцевидного талома уровень ГК3 увеличился в 1,6, ИУК – в 2,4, АБК – в 1,7 раза. Содержание неактивной иПА возросло вдвое, значительно увеличилось количество активных ЗР и иП. На этапе развития спорофита на поверхности талома гаметофита произошло уменьшение количества ИУК, АБК и ГК3. Зафиксировано накопления неактивного ЗГ и уменьшение содержания активных зеатина и зеатинрибозида. На всех этапах морфогенеза гаметофита преобладала ГК3, наибольшее количество которой обнаружено в период развития архегониев и антеридиев. Характер аккумуляции гибберелловой кислоты и зеатинрибозида показали ключевую роль этих гормонов в регуляции ростовых процессов и развитии репродуктивных структур гаметофита P. aculeatum.
