The P268S and M863V polymorphisms of the NOD2/CARD15 gene in Сrohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis

РЕЗЮМЕ. Метою дослідження було визначення поліморфізму P268S і M863V в генах NOD2/CARD15, пов’язаного з підвищеним ризиком розвитку хвороби Крона (ХК) та виразкового коліту (ВК), а також встановити зв’язок між генотипами P268S і M863V в турецькій популяції. У дослідженні брали участь 152 здорових осіб контрольної групи та 138 пацієнтів (62 ХК і 76 ВК) з запаленням кишківника. Згідно з нашими результатами, генотип P268S CC був превалюючим у пацієнтів та контрольній групі (45 проти 66 %), з наступними генотипами CT (48 проти 28 %) та TT (7 проти 6 %) у ХК. Превалювання профілів генотипів CC (дикий тип), CT (гетерозиготний мутант) та TT (гомозиготний мутант) для поліморфізму P268S склало 68, 25 та 7 %, відповідно, для пацієнтів з ВК, і 66, 28 та 6 %, відповідно, для здорової контрольної групи. Ми знайшли дикий тип M863V в усіх суб’єктів, однак, жодної іншої мутантної зони. Поліморфізм P268S може бути пов’язаним з чутливістю турецької популяції до ХК, але немає зв’язку між поліморфізмом M863V та пацієнтами з запаленням кишківника у турецькій популяції.
