Генетичні передумови стійкості пшениці до шкодочинних нематод

РЕЗЮМЕ. В статье описан современное состояние проблемы исследование генов устойчивости в овсяной (Heterodera avenae) и корневой (Pratylenchus neglectus) нематод у пшеницы мягкой (Triticum aestivum L.) и их использование в селекционных программах. Приведен перечень большинства идентифициро-ванных генов устойчивости к этим фитопатогенам и охарактеризована их хромосомная локализация и специфика обусловленной устойчивости. Указаны источники генов, широко использованных в контроле овсяной нематоды. Приведены также альтернативные методы перенесения факторов устойчивости к нематодам в пшеницу.

В статті висвітлено сучасний стан проблеми вивчення генів стійкості до вівсяної (Heterodera avenae) та кореневої (Pratylenchus neglectus) нематод у пшениці м’якої (Triticum aestivum L.) та їх залучення до селекційних програм. Наведено перелік більшості ідентифікованих генів стійкості до цих фітопатогенів та охарактеризовано їх хромосомну локалізацію і специфіку обумовленої стійкості. Вказано джерела генів стійкості, які широко використовуються для контролю вівсяної нематоди. Наведено також альтернативні методи перенесення факторів стійкості до нематод у пшеницю.
