Полуклональное разнообразие гибридной формы Pelophylax esculentus-ridibundus (Amphibia, Ranidae) бассейнов рек Припять, Днестр и Южный Буг

Проанализирована полуклональная структура гибридной формы Pelophylax esculentus-ridibundus бассейнов рек Припять, Днестр и Южный Буг. Продемонстрированы межбассейновые и межпопуляционные различия уровня изменчивости наследуемого генома. Уровень генетического разнообразия наследуемого генома P. esculentus-ridibundus в бассейне Припяти достоверно ниже, чем в двух других бассейнах. При этом только в бассейне Припяти выявлены моноклональные популяции данной гибридной формы. Достоверных различий уровня генетической изменчивости данной гибридной формы между популяциями бассейнов Днестра и Южного Буга не выявлено. Проанализирована связь между уровнем изменчивости наследуемого генома гибридной формы и потенциальной возможностью повторной гибридизации родительских видов.

РЕЗЮМЕ. Проаналізовано напівклональну структуру гібридної форми Pelophylax esculentus-ridibundus басейнів річок Прип’ять, Дністер та Південний Буг. Продемонстровано міжбасейнові та міжпопуляційні відмінності рівня мінливості геному, що успадковується. Рівень генетичного різноманіття геному, що успадковується, P. esculentus-ridibundus у басейні Прип’яті достовірно нижчий, аніж в інших двох басейнах. При цьому тільки у басейні Прип’яті виявлено моноклональні популяції даної гібридної форми. Достовірних відмінностей рівня генетичної мінливості даної гібридної форми між популяціями басейнів Дністра та Південного Бугу не виявлено. Проаналізовано зв’язок між рівнем мінливості геному, що успадковується, гібридної форми та потенційною можливістю повторної гібридизації бать-ківських видів.
