Рівень експресії генів PTGS2 і TGFB1 за умов опіку стравоходу та при введенні меланіну

РЕЗЮМЕ. В ходе гистологического исследования нами был подтвержден степень ожога пищевода, и оценено влияние меланина на процессы заживления, а именно – более быстрые сроки восстановления поврежденных тканей пищевода. Нами было показано повышение уровня экспрессии генов, вовлеченных в развитии воспаления Ptgs2 и Tgfb1 в крови и слизистой оболочке пищевода в условиях щелочного ожога пищевода 2 степени (ЩОП 2). При введении меланина снижался уровень экспрессии генов Ptgs2 и Tgfb1 в крови и тканях пищевода по сравнению с показателями при ЩОП 2. Было обнаружено, что при ЩОП 2 в крови и слизистой оболочке пище-вода повышалось содержание провоспалительных (ИЛ-1β, TНФ-α) цитокинов. При применении меланина отмечалась снижение содержания провоспалительных цитокинов по сравнению с показателями при ЩОП 2, что указывает на противовоспалительные свойства этого вещества и показывает перспективность использования меланина как вещества, которое способствует заживлению химического ожога пищевода.

У ході гістологічного дослідження нами було підтверджено ст, уп)інь опіку стравоходу та оцінено вплив меланіну на процеси загоєння, а саме: більш швидкі терміни відновлення ушкоджених тканин стравоходу. Нами було показано підвищення рівня експресії генів, залучених до розвитку запалення, Ptgs2 та Tgfb1 у крові та слизовій оболонці стравоходу за умов лужного опіку стравоходу 2 ступеня (ЛОС 2). При введенні меланіну знижувався рівень експресії генів Ptgs2 та Tgfb1 у крові та тканинах стравоходу порівняно з показниками при ЛОС 2. Було виявлено, що при ЛОС 2 у крові та слизовій оболонці стравоходу підвищувався вміст прозапальних (IЛ-1β, TНФ-α) цитокінів. При застосуванні меланіну відзначалося зниження вмісту прозапальних цитокінів порівняно з показниками при ЛОС 2, що вказує на протизапальні властивості цієї речовин та показує перспективність використання меланіну як речовини, що сприяє загоєнню хімічного опіку стравоходу.
