SUMMARY. Polymorphic sites for three genes in the Pushkin chi-cken breed have been analysed. In myostatin gene single nucleotide polymorphism rs313744840 using PCR-RFLP approach has been determined. It was observed that chickens with AA genotype proved to be significantly larger than their contamporaries at the age of 49 days having AG and GG genotypes (P < 0,01). Indel polimorphism in prolactin and receptor D2 dopamine genes have been investigated. Cocks homozygous by DD deletion at the prolactin gene were larger than heterozygous ID 7 days old counterparts with statistical significance (P < 0,05). By the dopamine receptor D2 gene cocks with II genotype were different from heterozygous 49 and 110 days old contamporaries. In hens II homozygotes by dopamine receptor at the age of 7 days were larger than contamporaries but at 110 days had the lowest value of body mass (P < 0,05).
