SUMMARY. Polymorphism of parental lines GК26, Мо17 and lines-testers Od221MB, Od308MB, and Od329 was analyzed by SSR–PCR and genotyping of recombinant inbred lines (RIL) from populations F4, F6 was carried out. Ten microsatellite loci allele combinations of parental lines, lines-testers and the best testcross hybrids were established and their molecular-genetic formulas were derived. The microsatellites allele structure of the best for combining ability lines and high-yield hybrids was investigated.

Key words: RILs and hybrids of maize, SSR -; analysis, genetic polymorphism, alleles combinations, frequency of alleles, combining ability, heterosis
