Identification of Apricot Cultivars by Isozyme Composition
Isozyme polymorphism was used for identification of apricot cultivars. 34 cultivars of 38 studied ones had unique genotype profiles for allelic composition of the AAT–1, EST–1, EST–2, SOD–1, LAP–1, PX–2 loci and AMY phenotypes. All regionized and being under State sort testing cultivars of hybridous origin were differentiated. Cultivars of clonal selection were identified regarding cultivars type.
