Акумуляція індоліл-3-оцтової та абсцизової кислот «бородатими» коренями Artemisia vulgaris

РЕЗЮМЕ. Методом высокоэффективной жидкостной хроматографии-масс-спектрометрии исследован характер аккумуляции и баланс эндогенных индолил-3-уксусной (ИУК) и абсцизовой (АБК) кислот в «бородатых» корнях Artemisia vulgaris, полученных путем трансформации агропиновым штаммом Agrobacterium rhizogenes A4. Выявлено существенное преобладание свободной формы ИУК, наибольшее количество которой (554,4 ± 27,7 нг/г сырого вещества) зафиксировано в «бородатых» корнях линии № 2. В корнях контрольных образцов доминировала свободная форма АБК. Ее уровень был значительно выше, чем у трансформированных линий. В «бородатых» корнях аккумулировалась конъюгированная форма АБК, наибольшее количество которой (459,6 ± 23,0 нг/г сырого вещества) выявлено у линии № 4. Трансформированные корни характеризовались значительным ветвлением, образованием боковых корней; отмечено активное накопление биомассы. Изменения в балансе эндогенных фитогормонов у «бородатых» корней A. vulgaris проявились в доминировании свободной формы ИУК и существенном уменьшении количества АБК.

Методом високоефективної рідинної хроматографії-мас-спектрометрії досліджено характер акумуляції та баланс ендогенних індоліл-3-оцтової (ІОК) та абсцизової (АБК) кислот у «бородатих» коренях Artemisia vulgaris, отриманих шляхом трансформування агропіновим штамом Agrobacterium rhizogenes A4. Показано, що вміст вільної ІОК суттєво переважав рівень кон’югованої форми гормону. Найвищу кількість активної форми ІОК (554,4 ± 27,7 нг/г сирої речовини) зафіксовано у лінії № 2. У коренях контрольних зразків домінувала вільна форма АБК. Її рівень був значно вищим, ніж у трансформованих лініях. «Бородаті» корені накопичували кон’юговану форму АБК, найвищий вміст якої у лінії  № 4 сягав 459,6 ± 23,0 нг/г сирої речовини. Архітектура трансформованих коренів відзначалася значним галуженням, утворенням бічних коренів, відмічено активне накопичення біомаси. Отримані результати засвідчили зміни в балансі ендогенних фітогормонів у «бородатих» коренях A. vulgaris у бік домінування вільної форми ІОК на тлі суттєвого зниження кількості АБК.
