SUMMARY. This article presents the results of the analysis of 20 hexaploid wheat genotypes, such as T. aestivum, T. spelta, T. sphaerococcum v. echinatum, T. petropavlovskyi v. petropavlovskyi and T. compactum v. griseoicterinum with ISSR markers. The level of polymorphism was determined and a dendrogram was constructed, which reflected the phylogenetic relationships between the studied genotypes. The novelty of the work is the determination of phylogenetic relationships while using ISSR markers for spelt samples and the comparison of the data obtained against other genotypes of hexaploidy wheat. It was determined that the species that were close to the taxonomy were more distant, and vice versa, the species that showed systematic distances demonstrated a higher level of affinity. For instance, among the analyzed samples it was found true for the sample of soft spring wheat «Elehiya Myronivska», spelt, T. sphаerococcum v. echinatum, T. petropavlovskyi v. petropavlovskyi and T. compactum v. griseoicterinum.
