SUMMARY. The hemiclonal structure of a hybrid form of Pelophylax esculentus-ridibundus (Amphibia, Ranidae) from the Tisa river drainage has been analyzed. The interpopulation differences of the inherited genome variation level have been demonstrated. The peculiarities of the waterfrogs reproduction system are discussed.
