SUMMARY.The genetic structure of few Rapana groupings from the northwestern part of the Black Sea was studied by analyzing the spectra of the isozymes, encoded by alleles of eight different loci genes. It was found that the distribution of genotypes and alleles significantly deviated from expected by accordance with Hardy-Weinberg principle for four of the eight investigated loci. The studied Rapana groupings characterized by a slight predominance of heterozygotes quantity compared with homozygotes quantity, which indicates the absence of close inbreeding among individuals of a particular group. The results of genetic distances by Ney and methods of F-, G-statistics calculation were demonstrated that the genetic differentiation between the Rapana groups from different investigated locations is negligible.
