Characterization of the complete chloroplast genome of an endemic perennial grass Orinus intermedius and its phylogenetic analysis in Poaceae

РЕЗЮМЕ. Orinus intermedius – це багаторічна ендемічна рослина, що росте лише на південно-східному Цинхай-Тибетському нагір’ї. Вона має особливо цінні екологічні та генетичні властивості, а деякі її морфологічні характеристики присутні також у O. thoroldii та O. kokonoricus. У цьому дослідженні ми провели секвенування та формування її повного геному хлоропласту (cp) за допомогою платформи Illumina HiSeq4000 з подальшим обговоренням її характеристик та філогенетичної позиції цього виду рослин. Результати демонструють, що повний геном хлоропласту Ointermedius складається з 134 296 п.н. з високим вмістом AT – 61,6 %. Структура геному хлоропласту стандартної чотиристоронньої форми, яка містить пару інвертованого повтору (ІП, 21 024 п.н. кожен), відділену зонами невеликої унікальної копії (SSC, 12 478 п.н.) та великої унікальної копії (LSC, 79,770 п.н.). Він кодує 136 генів, включаючи 81 протеїн-кодуючий ген, 44 гени тРНК та вісім генів рРНК. Більшість цих генів зустрічаються як унікальна копія. Більше того, серед анотованих генів з геному хлоропласту O. intermedius немає генів, що містять інтрони. Філогенетичний аналіз на основі 41 послідовностей повного геному хлоропласту показав, що O. intermedius є сестринською філогенетичною гілкою гілки виду Eragrostis з Chloridoideae.
