Description and characterization of Hellenic wheat germplasm for agronomical and seed quality parameters using phenotypical, biochemical and molecular approache

РЕЗЮМЕ. В данном исследовании представлено описание по агрономическим, биохимическим и молекулярным критериям  зародышевой плазмы пшениц, созданных в  Греции в Институте зернових в Салониках (Cereal Institute of Thessaloniki) за последние 50 лет. Зародышевая плазма пшеницы мягкой характеризуется высоким потенциалом урожайности, адаптацией к условиям Средиземноморья и высокими показателями качества. Биохимический анализ показал, что три сорта («Acheron», «Elissavet» и «Orfeas») несут пшенично-ржаную транслокацию 1BL.1RS, что было затем  подтверждено молекулярным анализом. Сорта "Acheron" и "Elissavet", несмотря на наличие транслокации, имеют хорошие хлебопекарные свойства  благодаря наличию благоприятных генов, контролирующих качество. Большая часть зародышевой плазмы греческой  пшеницы твердой имеет высокое качество конечного продукта. Биохимическая оценка по локусу Gli-B1 показала наличие аллелей, контролирующих компонент γ-45, что свидетельствует о высоких технологических признаках. С другой стороны, было обнаружено, что два более старых сорта пшеницы твердой и исследованная  популяция имели аллель in*, контролирующий компонент  γ-42, в этом же локусе, что сопряжено с низким качеством  макарон. Большая часть греческой зародышевой плазмы как твердой так и мягкой пшеницы обладает очень хорошими агрономическими и качественными характеристиками и может быть использована для расширения биоразнообразия пшеницы в регионе Юго-Восточного Средиземноморья.

РЕЗЮМЕ. У даній роботі наводиться опис за агрономічними, біохімічними і молекулярними критеріями зародкової плазми пшениці м`якої і твердої, створеної в Греції, в Інституті зернових в Салоніках (Cereal Institute of Thessaloniki)  протягом останніх 50 років. Зародкова плазма пшениці м`якої характеризується високим потенціалом урожайності, адаптацією до умов Середземномор'я, а також високими показниками якості. Біохімічний аналіз показав, що три сорти («Acheron», «Elissavet» і «Orfeas») несуть пшенично-житню транслокацію 1BL.1RS, що було додатково підтверджено молекулярним аналізом. Сорти "Acheron" та"Elissavet", незважаючи на наявність транслокації, мають добрі хлібопекарні властивості, завдяки наявності сприятливих генів, що контролюють якість. Більшість грецької зародкової плазми пшениці твердої має високу якість кінцевого продукту. Біохімічна оцінка за локусом Gli-B1 показала наявність алелів, пов`язаних з компонентом γ-45, що свідчить про високі технологічні ознаки. З іншого боку, було виявлено, що два старіших сорти пшениці твердої та досліджена популяція мали алель in* того ж локусу, пов'язаний з компонентом γ-42, що свідчить про нижчу якість макаронних виробів. Більшість грецької зародкової плазми пшениці  твердої і м`якої  має високі агрономічні харатеристики та показники якості і може бути використана для розширення біорізноманіття пшениці в регіоні Південно-Східного Середземномор'я.
