The effects of Actîvegin on cell proliferation OF PERMANENT lines

The influence of Actîvegin on proliferation activity and mitotic regimen of cells of permanent lines PK-15-IEKVM and BHK-21 clone 13/04 was investigated. Addition of Actîvegin into growth media containing bovine serums of different components and concentrations stimulates cell proliferation. Conclusion has been made that Actîvegin can be used in cell culture biotechnology.
