Peculiarities of Embriogenic Development in vitro of Brassica napus Pollen Grains

Literature data concerning the problem of embryogenesis in microspore/pollen cultures of Brassica were reviewed. The influence of stress factors on the microspore/pollen cultures was discussed. Some cytological and morphological features of microspore/pollen entering the embryogenic development pathway were described.
